AI159, a flight from Ahmedabad to Gatwick Airport in London, was canceled due to unavailability of the aircraft. The aircraft was to fly from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at 3 pm. The company said that the aircraft could not be available due to ban on airspace and additional precautionary investigation.
At the same time, flight AI143 from Delhi to Paris was canceled due to technical fault. The flight coming from London (Gatwick) to Amritsar has been canceled. The company said that Iran has closed its airspace due to the war with Israel, affecting flights to Europe. Apart from this, many more blows have been canceled. The reason is almost the same.
