New Delhi. Indian Astronaut has returned to the earth from Space Station (SHUBHANSHU Shuklashu Shukla) Space Station. He has returned to Earth after staying at the International Space Station for 18 days. SpaceX Dragon capsules landed in the Pacific Ocean near the California coast of America at 3 pm on Tuesday, 3 pm (Indian time). ISRO has spent about Rs 550 crore on this space journey of Shubhanshu Shukla. Shubhanshu’s space experience will help in India’s Gaganyaan Mission.
Shubhanshu Shukla said, “I want to inspire the children of the country through this mission. If I have been able to inspire a child too, I would understand that I was successful.”
Mission’s success and enthusiasm of the country
Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla, returned safely to Earth and believe it has been completely successful in his mission and showed special enthusiasm in the country about it. There was curiosity among children about his mission. The whole of India was eyeing Shubhanshu Shukla’s return to Earth from space. As soon as this picture came, the country felt proud of taking a sigh of relief.
Shubhanshu’s happiness after returning to earth…
On returning to the earth, Shubhanshu Shukla’s face saw pride and a smile on the lips. Shubhanshu shook hands as soon as he got out of the capsule. After about 23 hours of journey, according to Indian time, there was a landing on the banks of California, USA at 3 pm. This is called splashadown. Dragon spacecraft landed on the coast of California with the help of parachutes. After returning to Earth, the dragon spacecraft was extracted from the water.
Shubhanshu Shukla’s spacecraft dragon came towards the earth at a speed of 28 thousand kilometers per hour. When it came very close, the speed was reduced. The heat shield on the outer surface of the capsule was tolerating the temperature up to 2000 ° C. Shubhanshu traveled more than 1 crore 39 lakh kilometers, which is historic in itself.

The four astronauts including Shubhanshu Shukla left for Earth from the International Space Station at 4.45 pm a day before. All these reached the International Space Station at 4.15 pm on 26 June. He flew from the Kennedy Space Center in the Dragon Capsule associated with SpaceX’s Falcon-9 rocket. ISRO also played an important role in this success of Shubhanshu. ISRO spent about Rs 550 crore for this mission.

Shubhanshu Shukla is the second Indian to travel to space. Before him, in 1984, Rakesh Sharma traveled to space and he stayed there for 8 days. The school in Lucknow, where Shubhanshu Shukla studied, saw this historic moment with his family at the same city Montessori School. As soon as Shubhanshu’s successful landing took place, people jumped with joy. Shubhanshu’s parents had tears of happiness.

Two historical records…
Shubhanshu Shukla made two records on this mission. First, he became the first Indian citizen to travel to the International Space Station. Second, after Rakesh Sharma, there are only other Indian citizens who stepped into space. His visit took place 41 years after Rakesh Sharma flying in 1984.
At the International Space Station, Shubhanshu Shukla conducted 7 special tests to help India’s Gaganyaan Human Space Flight Mission forward. These included the experiments of decoding muscle loss, developing brain-computer interfaces and sprouting green gram and fenugreek seeds in the space.
