New Delhi: Former BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has got a big relief from Patiala House Court in the sexual abuse case. The court has accepted the closure report of the Delhi Police on the allegations made by the minor female wrestler, after which the case filed under the Poxo Act has been abolished.
Regarding this matter, Brij Bhushan’s son and MLA Prateek Bhushan Singh reacted to X (East Twitter) and wrote- ‘We have won a judicial victory in a false and concoction case. Every factless allegation is now collapsing in the dock of justice. This is the victory of truth and this victory will remain even further.
Please tell that Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh was accused of sexual harassment by women wrestlers, one of which was a minor. Now the closure of the case related to the Poxo Act by the court is considered a major relief for them.
