Up: The Yogi government of UP has made a big announcement for the topper students of high school and intermediate. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will honor the students who topped the high school and intermediate examinations 2025 on Thursday (12 June 2025) at the Lok Bhawan Auditorium in the capital Lucknow. CM Yogi will provide one lakh rupees, citation, tablet and medal to 166 meritorious students. The students to be honored include 10-10 students of UP Board, Sanskrit Education Council, CBSE and ICSE Board.
This innovative initiative to identify talents is a direct proof of CM Yogi Adityanath’s student-centenary policies. Along with this, in the 68th National School Sports Competition 2024-25, the gold medalists of the state will be awarded the Chief Minister’s School Sports Award. On the other hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also lay the foundation stone of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Sanskrit Education Council Lucknow and Naveen Building of Secondary Sanskrit Education Directorate.
Director of Secondary Education Dr. Mahendra said in this regard that a guardian has also been invited along with the topper student at the honor ceremony. The aim of the Yogi government is not only to accept the hard work of the students but also to motivate other students to excel.
Other districts of UP will also be respected
Along with the capital Lucknow, a district level honor ceremony will be held on Thursday in 75 districts of UP. Under which 1508 students will be honored by giving 21 thousand rupees, tablets, citation and medals. It consists of students from 758 high school and 750 intermediate. This honor will be provided to the meritorious students by the minister in charge, public representatives or district magistrates.

Uttar Pradesh Secondary Sanskrit Education Council, Lucknow: 20 students
Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi: 32 students
Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi: 29 students.
