Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will distribute laptops under the talented student incentive scheme on Friday 4 July at Kushabhau Thackeray Convention Center in Bhopal. School Education Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh will also be present in the program. In the 12th Board Examination of Madhya Pradesh Secondary Education Board in the 12th Board Examination of Madhya Pradesh Secondary Education Board, in the talented student incentive scheme of the School Education Department, he will transfer an amount of Rs 25 thousand per student to purchase laptops. This year 94 thousand 234 students are being given an amount of Rs 235 crore 58 lakh 50 thousand for laptops.
More than 500 students and teachers of the state will participate in the program. In the state in 2023-24 last year, an amount of Rs 224 crore 27 lakh 50 thousand was transferred to the bank accounts of 89 thousand 710 talented students. This scheme is being run in the state since the year 2009-10. In the last 15 years, an amount of one thousand 80 crore 4 lakh rupees has been transferred for laptops in the bank accounts of 4 lakh 32 thousand 16 students under this scheme.
