Allahabad . Allahabad High Court said that the Mathura Idgah Mosque of Mathura is not a disputed structure (is not a disprised structure). The High Court refused to declare the royal Idgah Mosque as a disputed structure, dismissing the petition of the Hindu side.

The bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra has given this verdict today. The Hindu party Mahendra Pratap Singh Advocate had demanded the court to declare the mosque as a disputed structure, on which the court reserved its verdict. Everyone was watching the decision in the Mathura Shahi Idgah and Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute case in the Allahabad High Court today.

The court has rejected the application by shocking the Hindu side. In this, the petition to declare the mosque as a disputed structure has been dismissed. The Hindu party Mahendra Pratap Singh cited the history books written in the time from Masare Alam Giri to the FS Grouse, the collector of Mathura. He had said that there was a temple earlier and no evidence of being a mosque has been produced in the royal Idgah mosque side court.
