Sonbhadra News: District Magistrate BN Singh and Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar Meena on Saturday interacted directly with the villagers sitting on a dharna for about one and a half months over the case of alleged disturbances in the consolidation in Bhainswar village of Ghoraval block. The villagers were called and heard their complaints at the Samadhan Divas held in Ghoraval. The authorities assured the necessary action in the case, along with fixing the disturbances.

Capture, removal instructions even after measurement

The villagers told the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police that despite the measurement of Chak, their land has been forced by other persons. Taking cognizance of these complaints, the District Magistrate directed the settlement officer Consolidation to remove the possession of other persons from that land. While talking to the villagers, the District Magistrate made it clear that there is neither a stay order of the court nor any order has been done by the Consolidation Commissioner to stop the consolidation process to stop the consolidation process of the Bhainswar village. Therefore, the consolidation process will continue in the village.

Open arrangement to register problems

He assured the villagers that if someone has any problem or complaint during the consolidation process in the village, he can submit his complaint application to DDC Consolidation, SOC Consolidation. Action will be taken as per rules after investigating the complaint. It was told that the head and villagers were called on the occasion of Sampoorna Samadhan Divas so that whatever problem related to consolidation in the village could be resolved. The District Magistrate also said that if they have not been able to appear on the Rural Samadhan Divas, they can also file a complaint related to their problem by appearing in the District Magistrate/DCC, SOC office. During this period, Principal Buffalo Jitendra Kumar Singh, Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) Ramesh Kumar, Deputy District Magistrate Ghoraval Pradeep Kumar, SOC Consolidation Jagdish Kumar, CO Ghoraval Rahul Pandey, former block chief Premnath Kol, Jai Bind Singh, Shivshankar Singh, Pankaj Kumar Singh and other dignitaries and officials were present.

Case hearing in all tehsils

A total of 140 complaints were received in Ghoraval, out of which 16 were sender on the spot and a team of eight cases was disposed of. The presence of DDO Hemant Kumar Singh, CMO Dr. Ashwani Kumar, Project Officer Duda Sudhanshu Shekhar Sharma, DC MNREGA Ravindra Veer Singh, CO Ghoraval Rahul Pandey, Additional District Information Officer Vinay Kumar Singh and others.

In Robertsganj, CDO Jagriti Awasthi, SDM Utkarsh Dwivedi, Tehsildar Amit Kumar heard 217 complaints. Of these, 13 of these and teams of eight cases were sent and disposed of.

SDM Vivek Kumar Singh listened to the complaint in Obra. 73 complaints were received, out of which six were disposed of by sending a team of four and four.

In Duddhi, ADM (Finance/Revenue) Vagish Kumar Shukla, SDM Nikhil Yadav, Tehsildar, CO Duddhi, CO Pipri heard the complaint. A total of 69 complaints were received, out of which two were disposed of by sending a team on the spot and one. For all the remaining cases, the concerned officials were instructed to dispose of time -bound disposal.
