Announcement of increase in dearness allowance

Salary due to increase in dearness allowance
If there is a possible 3 percent increase in dearness allowance, dearness allowance will get 10440 in the basic salary of Rs 18000. Whereas at present, 9900 rupees are being provided. That is, employees will get 540 rupees more in dearness allowance. However, keep in mind, the announcement has not been made about what percentage of dearness allowance will be increased officially.
The same 10440 rupees will be given to Rs. 18000+10440 = 28440 on the receiving dearness allowance. But if less dearness allowance is increased, then salary will be made accordingly.
