The police have registered a case against the accused named in the case of the victim’s party and arrested the temple of Devi Mata from the village Girdharpur Tumrail.

According to the report lodged with the police, a resident of a village in Hafizpur area said that she had gone to the house of a woman of the village for some work at 9:30 am on Tuesday morning. In his absence, his 12 -year -old son was present at home at home. Meanwhile, neighbor Yogesh Sharma entered his house. The accused took the son to a room. Where he misbehaved with him. Meanwhile, the victim’s breath reached the spot. On making noise of breath, the accused escaped from the spot by pushing them. The victim reached home on the information of the case. After which he went to the police station with the son. Where he had given a complaint to the police in the police station.

Police sent accused to jail

In this regard, Inspector in -charge of Hafizpur police station, Ashish Kumar, said that Yogesh Sharma son Ramesh Chand Sharma, named in the case, has been arrested by the police on the information of the informer from Devi Mata Mandir village Girdharpur Tumrail. Action has been taken against the accused under Section 333 BNS and 3/4 (2) POSCO Act.
