Aligarh news: Khair’s Deputy Collector Sumit Kumar Singh on Saturday made a surprise visit to the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya operated under the PM scheme. During this, he established direct communication with the students and listened to their problems seriously and assured them of their early solution.
During the talks, the students shared their suggestions and problems at hostel arrangements, drinking water supply, sanitation and some teaching-related points. SDM Sumit Kumar Singh heard the students’ words sympathetically and directed the school administration to take quick and effective action. He clearly stated that the interests of the students will not be compromised and their problems should be resolved on priority basis. Meanwhile, SDM and their team also had a meal in the mess (restaurant) operated with the students and also tested its quality.
The school principal and concerned officials were instructed to regularly interact with the students and ensure a time -bound supply of their needs. The SDM also inspected other arrangements of the school and made important suggestions for improvement in many areas. On this occasion, SDM Sumit Singh emphasized that along with education, a healthy, safe and incentive environment is extremely important for the overall development of students. He assured that the Tehsil administration will provide all possible support in this direction. This initiative reflects the sensitivity of the administration towards the welfare of the students.
