Aligarh news: Under the banner of Joint Shramik Kisan Morcha, Patwari Nagla, Maulana Azad Nagar, Municipal Corporation Aligarh protested against wrong methods of recovery of house tax and harassment by corporation employees. Hundreds of people led by the Municipal Corporation under the leadership of Morcha District President Mohammad Rizwan Shah to protest against the development schemes being given by the government to Patwari Nagla, Maulana Azad Nagar.
On this occasion, the founder of the Morcha Jitendra Sharma said that if wrong home taxes were not amended within a week and problems like Patwari, Maulana Azad Nagar, the drains, roads of Maulana Azad Nagar are not resolved, then the United Labor Kisan Morcha will run a mass movement against the Municipal Corporation.
Morcha convenor Vivek Vashistha said that the demand for house tax survey has been going on since earlier, but the Municipal Corporation is harassing the regional people, which will not be tolerated. Morcha’s youth national president Narendra Chaudhary said that Nagla Patwari is being ignored due to being in Barauli assembly constituency. Hundreds of people were present on the occasion including District Organization Minister Mumtaz Rustom, State Secretary Yuva Mustafa Sherwani, Mandal President Mohammad Shakir Khan, Banne Khan, Vikrant Singh, Lucky, Zaki Sheikh.
