Jammu . Union Home Minister Amit Shah instructed that all security agencies complete the Amarnath Yatra completely uninterruptedly (Should Ensure Amarnath Yatra is ConduCUCTED COMPLETELY SMOTHLY).
Amit Shah chaired the security review meeting at Raj Bhavan. The Union Home Minister made a detailed review of security arrangements and preparations for the upcoming Amarnath Yatra. He instructed to take full vigilance to make the yatra a peaceful manner. Posting on ‘X’, Amit Shah presided over the review meeting for the Amarnath pilgrimage and evaluated security and preparations for the pilgrims. He instructed to maintain extreme vigilance and complete the holy journey uninterrupted. The Central Government and the Jammu and Kashmir administration will leave no stone unturned to provide all the necessary facilities to the pilgrims. “
The Home Minister will visit the border Poonch district on Friday, where he will meet Pakistan’s shelling citizens. He will also address BSF personnel at Unit Headquarters in Dhanatar, visit the damaged religious places and distribute appointment letters to the families of those killed in shelling.
The focus of Thursday’s meeting was on the security of the Amarnath Yatra and other arrangements as well as zero tolerance towards infiltration and terrorism. The security system after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April was intensively discussed, in which police and security agencies updated the Union Home Minister. The Amarnath Yatra will begin 2025 from July 3 and end on 9 August after 38 days.

He said, “For the first time, the Indian Army destroyed the terrorist headquarters inside Pakistan. This was given by the people of the overall India. Decisions taken from PM Modi’s strong political will, our agencies’ accurate information and amazing courage and unmistakable fanfare were concluded that it led to hundreds of terrorist lives.”
