Gorakhpur News: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that all the work related to the construction of the state’s first Ayush University should be completed as soon as possible. Expressing deep displeasure over the situation so far, he said that such firms should be processed in it.
CM Yogi was meeting with officials in the hall of Gorakhnath temple on Tuesday evening. During this time, he reviewed development works, law and order and preparations for the proposed important programs for release in recent times. On June 30, the Chief Minister inquired about the preparations for the proposed arrival of President Draupadi Murmu regarding the inauguration of Ayush University. He said that the most important is that the construction work of Ayush University should be completed as soon as possible. For this, he gave instructions to the officers for continuous supervision.
During the meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also inquired about the preparation of the inauguration of the proposed Gorakhpur Link Expressway on 20 June. Said that adequate hoarding banners should be installed to promote government schemes at the public meeting venue. He also inquired about the preparation of the yoga program to be held on the occasion of International Yoga Day on 21 June. CM said that the program should be grand.
Verification of handcarts, new slums should not be settled on the roadside
During the meeting, the Chief Minister said that there should be no jam situation on the roads. Verification should also be done for the roadside carts. Many new people keep coming. Keep a constant monitoring of the new slums along the roads.
Information about flood rescue preparations
In the meeting, the Chief Minister also sought information about the preparations for flood rescue. He asked about the work being done on the embankments. It was told that out of 38 works, 24 have been completed and the remaining will also be completed soon. He said that there should be no waterlogging in the city. Taking information about the progress of Goddhoiya Nala, he said that where the drain is raw, there should also be a way to get water coming out. So that water does not stop. He asked the Municipal Corporation about the work done to stop waterlogging.
Cleanliness should be better arrangements
CM Yogi said that there should be better arrangements for cleanliness. He gave instructions to the Municipal Corporation and GDA. He said that there should be no dirt in the city. Cleanliness must be done regularly. CM inquired about the schemes of Gida, GDA and Municipal Corporation. He also asked the progress of the heritage corridor.

He said that all development works should be completed in time. CM Yogi inquired from the forest department officials about the bird flu in the zoo.
