Authority had to allocate the precious plot of 83 crore

  • Challenging High Court order in Supreme Court also did not work
  • Four times consecutive applicant’s tenders had to be canceled expensive

Indore. The super 30 thousand square feet located at Super Corridor and prized plots finally had to allot a trust for Rs 83 crore 40 lakh. The SLP filed by the Authority (IDA) in the Supreme Court was rejected in the past. After that the Sampada branch had to complete the process of allotment. In fact, the Indore High Court had instructed the authority to approve the tender of the said trust and hand over the allotment letter in 30 days. But the authority went to the Supreme Court, where he had to face defeat. In fact, the High Court objected to its order that the authority canceled the tender submitted by the same applicant ie the trust four times in a row, which is not appropriate. Each time the tender was deposited more than the amount fixed by the Authority.

By the way, the authority has the right to cancel the tender he called. But not one, four times in this case, the authority canceled the tenders of Goddess Shakuntala Thakral Charitable Foundation. First the authority issued a tender for plot number 4-A of Super Corridor on 02.12.21 for 12637 square meters i.e. 1 lakh 30 thousand square feet and the reserve price was fixed at Rs 22821 per square meter. While the collector guideline was 19200. At that time the trust submitted the tender at the rate of 34962 per square meter. But on 07 March 2022, the Authority Board canceled the tender, saying that it would get more price and the second time the tender issued by the authority kept the reserve price of Rs 35 thousand square meter and the same trust deposited the tender at the rate of Rs 51753 per sqm. But then the Authority Board also canceled this tender. Thereafter, for the third time also the authority canceled 18.05.2022 and when the authority called the tender on 05.04.2023, the Reserve Prize kept Rs 65 thousand per sqm and the said trust deposited the tender at the rate of Rs 66 thousand per sqm. But this too was canceled by the authority saying that a plot of the super corridor has received a rate of Rs 83208 per sqm for 26-C. When the tenders of the trust were canceled 4 times, it approached the High Court and the High Court clearly stated that the plot for which the higher rate has been received is small and the rate of large size plots will remain less than that and the authority continued to cancel the same applicant’s tender four times in a row, while each time it deposited tenders at higher rates than the reward prize. Therefore, the High Court instructed the trust to allot plots in 30 days and for the fourth time the tender he had filled the tender at the rate of 66 thousand rupees per square meter. The authority then imposed SLP in the Supreme Court, which was rejected. As a result, now the said trust had to allot the said plot for Rs 83 crore 40 lakh. Just now a decision was taken in the last board meeting, due to which the Sampada branch started the allotment process.
