A daughter is married and son works in Nagpur. According to neighbors, Mamta was a woman of calm nature and rarely used to get out.
According to police sources, shortly before the incident, Jungi called her sister living in Chhindwara and told that ‘Mamta is very swagger.’ After this, when Mamta did not appear for several days and the strong smell started coming from the room, the sister informed the police. Police reached the spot as soon as the information was received. Also, the team of Forensic Science Lab (FSL) was also called to the spot. The team gathered evidence from the room and the body was sent to Parasia Health Center for post -mortem, where Dr. Tayaba conducted the test.
Mamta’s brother Sanjay Katoute received information about the incident on Monday morning. When they reached the spot, they were stunned to see the sister’s condition. He clearly said that this is a pre -planned murder and the accused should be punished severely. Parasia outpost in -charge Akarajay Dhurve said that a case of murder has been registered in the case. A special team has been formed to arrest the accused Jungi. Nearby CCTV cameras are being investigated and possible hideouts are constantly being raided.
