Washington. The attack on Capitol Hill, US Parliament House on 6 January 2021, is once again in the news. Prosecutor Michael Gordon, who was prosecuted against Trump supporters involved in this violence, has described his dismissal as a reinforcement of politics inspired by politics. Along with this, he filed a case against the federal government, justice department and the President’s Office on Thursday.
Gordon says he was dismissed without any clear reason on 27 June, while he was excellent in his work. He claimed that the decision was taken by him due to legal action taken by his supporters of President Donald Trump. Michael Gordon is accompanied by two other former officials Petricia Hartman and Joseph Tirell in the case.
Hartman was a Public Relations Officer at the American Attorney Office in Columbia district, while Tirael was the head of the Department of Ethics of Justice. All three are the first individuals who have publicly filed a lawsuit who is associated with the alleged political changes that started in the Department of Justice after Trump again came to the White House in January 2025. The garden (47 years) reported that he received a demonstration assessment report exactly two days before the dismissal, in which he was given the highest rating.
The garden was sent a page of a page, which was signed by Palm Bondi, a senior officer of the Department of Justice. But he was not given any reason for this. Gordon joined the US Justice Department in 2017. He said that he was proud to join the historic investigation of the attack on Capital Hill. It was one of the biggest criminal investigations in the history of the Department of Justice.
