Chandauli News: In Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar of Chandauli district on Monday, heavy rains gave birth to two major accidents, causing a stir in the area. The boundary (wall) of the year -old railway built in the railway station area collapsed, causing several vehicles standing near the wall to be damaged in the debris. Many motorcycles and bicycles were completely ruined in this accident.
According to local people, this boundary wall was built several years ago by the railway, which had become weak over time. Due to continuous rains, the wall could not withstand the pressure of water and suddenly collapsed. Fortunately, there was no loss of life in this incident.
People narrowly survived the incident
Meanwhile, the second floor of a building of Kashiram Awas Yojana in Deendayal Nagar also collapsed due to rain. Panic spread among the people living there. Although no one was injured in this incident, but concerns about the safety of the people have increased.
Both incidents have put the local administration and city development officers in the dock. People say that if there were repairs and inspection works in time, such accidents could have been postponed.
After the incident, there was an atmosphere of chaos at the scene for some time, people were upset to remove their bikes and bicycles but were completely damaged in the goods.
