Chandauli News:The form of complaints of complainants is shocking in the police station resolution day to be held in Chandauli district. Every time the most pleas on this platform are put on matters related to the revenue department, while the complaints related to the police department are very less comparatively. This situation raises questions somewhere on the working style of the revenue department, while the police reflects the trust of the people towards the department.
The figures of the last police station Samadhan Divas are shocking. Out of a total of 92 applications from all over the district, 85 were directly connected to the revenue department. In contrast, the police department received only 7 complaints. This is not the first time, last month also the complaints related to the revenue department dominated, while the number of complainants in the police department was negligible.
What is the reason for frequent revenue related complaints?
There can be many reasons behind the frequent complaints from the revenue department. Issues such as land disputes, delays, measurement problems, and irregularities in implementation of government schemes are often revealed. On the other hand, less complaints from the police department show that probably people are finding their security and problems related to law and order relatively easily at the police station level. This can be a positive sign for the police department, but the revenue department needs to improve its functioning so that the general public does not have to face unnecessary troubles.

The government intention is that the police station resolution day should become a platform where common citizens can easily keep their problems and get them quickly resolved. If most of the applications are belonging to only one department, it reflects the need to improve the functioning of that department.
Now it has become necessary that the concerned officials should investigate why there are so many complaints coming from the revenue department.
