He called his name ‘Raja’ and said that he would get him a better job. Later, one day he called Shri Manshan of Ajjanagar located in Madianv police station area and said that you stay this. The victim told that a few days later, the accused Talib also started living there and said that there is a fight in my house, due to which you have to stay here for a few days. The victim agreed to stay for a few days and both started living together.
Physical relations for 3 years, later reality came forward
The victim said that in the meantime, he stayed there by pretending to be a job. While staying together, he continued to have a physical relationship for 3 years. During this time, he cheated about two and a half lakh rupees in different ways through cash and sometimes through online transactions. Three years later, the woman suspected that the young man was not a Hindu. When he investigated the truth, it was found that ‘Raja’ is actually Mohammad Talib, who is a resident of New Haiderganj, Thana Thakurganj.
Pressure made to adopt Muslim religion, allegations- Talib used to put pressure to wear burqa instead of worshiping
It is said that when the woman opposed this deceit, the young man tried to explain her upside down and said that she should adopt Muslim religion, will be very happy, and both will go to Dubai and do jobs. Talib refused to worship, taunted on fasting and forcibly started mental pressure to read namaz and wear burqa. The woman was forced to give up her religious faith and was given the deception of Nikah on the condition of confessing to Islam. This entire incident was not just a case of personal deception, but now a well -planned conversion had turned into a conspiracy.
Brothers assault on protest, tried gangrape
The victim said that suddenly Mohammad Talib suddenly disappeared, then the victim reached her house for help, but she faced a big tragedy there. It is alleged that Talib’s brothers (Tariq and Shamsher) first abused the girl, then assaulted and later tried to forcibly make a physical relationship with her. He also reiterated the same thing that if she adopts Muslim religion, they will get her married to her brother Talib. When the woman denied the conversion, she was threatened that if she came home again or told someone something, she would kill her life. The victim somehow escaped from there and decided to complain to the police.
Justice was not received from police, Dalit daughter wandering for justice
The victim gave a written complaint about the entire case at the Lucknow Police Commissioner’s office, from where the matter was sent to Madianv police station for investigation.
