Sonbhadra News: Preparations for the 11th International Yoga Day celebrated on 21 June have intensified. In the meeting held at the Collectorate Auditorium on Wednesday under the chairmanship of DM BN Singh, the preparations for the event were reviewed and instructed to complete the necessary preparations without delay, by marking the site for yoga practice starting on June 15. It is said that a program of yoga will be organized in the parking place and parks developed on the banks of the pond on Amrit Sarovare.
Yoga practice will be started by Collectorate
The yoga practice program, which runs from 15 to 21 June, will be started with the Collectorate. In collaboration with members of various institutions working in the district/trained Yoga Trainer, a program of collective yoga will also be organized at Tehsil, Block Gram Panchayat level. On June 21, the main event was held at the specific sports stadium in Tiara, where along with attending the Yoga Week, prizes and certificates will be distributed to those who contributed to the yoga program. DM said that any person can upload a photo of personal, collective yoga practice on the respective website of the Government of India.
Extensive arrangements will go to the main program
DM said that all the participants will have to make a presence in the program to be held at the International Yoga Day at the International Yoga Day at Tiara, 21 June. Along with government officials, employees, public representatives, yoga lovers and voluntary organizations are being invited for this. The participants of yoga have been instructed to make sector wise in adequate places to sit and do yoga. Everyone has been asked to ensure necessary preparations regarding pure drinking water, parking system and medical camps etc.
