Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Sikkim and Meghalaya are the most affected states. Millions of people have been affected due to floods and landslides. The Congress President said that ‘Modi government should release funds for all North Eastern states and especially for Assam to deal with flood situation. Modi ji can also allocate funds from PM care fund, in which crores of rupees are lying without audit. In Assam, 10 people have died due to floods and 20 districts are in the grip of floods.
