Chandauli News: According to information received from DDU Railway Division in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar, former Central Railway General Manager Chhatrasal Singh held a high -level meeting with department heads and other officials at Hajipur headquarters on Tuesday. In this meeting, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar Mandal and Divisional Railway Manager of the five divisions of East Central Railway were also present through video conferencing.
The main focus of the meeting was on important issues like time-pace, security and raising railway income. General Manager Chhatrasal Singh, especially during monsoon rains, insisted on taking additional vigilance on the possible problems in the movement of trains.
The General Manager gave necessary instructions to the Divisional Railway Managers and the Chief Security Commissioner to deal with the jam on the Level Crossing (Level Crossing). He said that the gates are not closed due to jams on the gates, due to which the time of trains is delayed, this problem should be resolved immediately. During the meeting, important points raised by all divisional railway managers were also discussed in depth. Instructions were given to take additional precautions to ensure regular and safe movement of trains during the monsoon season, so that security as well as time-papers can be maintained.
In addition, the steps to be taken by the Principal Chief Commercial Manager to increase the non-PRS income (railway income from sources other than passenger tickets) were also discussed in detail. Its purpose is to further strengthen the financial condition of the railway. This meeting reflects the commitment of the railway administration towards efficiency, security and revenue growth in railway operations.
