ETAH NEWS: There was a lot of uproar between two groups in broad daylight over the battle of supremacy in the city of Jalesar area of Etah district of Uttar Pradesh. Firing and stone pelting continued for about 20 minutes in the ground of MGM Inter College, causing a stir in the area. Police reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported, but before they reached, both groups escaped. After this incident, there was chaos in the market and shops nearby were closed.
Inspector -in -charge Jalesar Sudhir Kumar Raghav said that the case is related to the long -standing dominance struggle between two groups of the city – Baba 007 and Shaka 0001 -. Around 3 pm on Monday afternoon, there was an argument on the bypass route between the two sides. After this, the matter increased so much that bullets were fired for a dozen rounds with stone pelting in the ground of MGM Inter College.
As soon as the information was received, the Kotwali police reached the spot and took the situation under control. Three bikes and two cartridges kiosks have been recovered from the scene. Kotwali in -charge Dr. Sudhir Raghav informed that the activities of both groups are being investigated. He confirmed that more than half a dozen miscreants have been identified and strict action will be taken against them by registering an FIR.
According to police, this is not the first incident. There have been many fights and quarrels between the two groups in the past over mutual rivalry. Currently, PAC and heavy police forces have been deployed in the area to prevent any possible untoward incident. Police officials say the miscreants will be arrested soon and law and order in the city will not be allowed to deteriorate at any cost.
