Mumbai . FIR filed against NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar (Congress MLA) MLA (SP). Rohit Pawar objected to the arrest of Nitin Deshmukh, a supporter of NCP MLA Jitendra Awhad. It is alleged that he had an argument with police officers over the arrest.
An FIR has been lodged at Azad Maidan Police Station, calling this attitude of Pawar an attempt to obstruct government work. In fact, Nitin Deshmukh was attacked by supporters of BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar during a clash on July 17 at Maharashtra Vidhan Bhavan. In protest, Jitendra Awhad demonstrated in the Vidhan Bhavan campus. He stopped the police vehicle and demanded the release of Nitin Deshmukh and accused the police of biased action.
In a conversation with the media, Rohit Pawar claimed that the police officer did not give him proper information and talked in a loud voice, due to which the debate took place. In a video viral viral on social media, Rohit Pawar was seen saying to the police officer in a loud voice, “Don’t raise your voice, don’t speak if you are not able to speak.”
The police officer said that Awhad and Pawar had come to the police station for questioning. Later both of them have given government J.J. Going to the hospital and met Nitin Deshmukh. Awhad and Pawar have accused the police of bias, while the police say the action has taken according to the law. The case is related to the clash at Vidhan Bhavan and the subsequent performance.
