Firozabad news: In the early hours of Friday, a vicious criminal of Shikohabad police and SOG was encounter with a vicious criminal, in which the accused was piled up in the police counter -firing, while a SOG soldier was injured. Both were taken to the district joint hospital, where doctors declared the accused dead, while the injured soldier is undergoing treatment.
The deceased crook has been identified as Raju Khan (26), who was desired in the murder and robbery of DPRO retired driver Munnalal (64) and his wife Mithlesh (55) on Avaganga Road last 105 days ago. He was identified in CCTV footage. Apart from this, he was also involved in the recent incident of robbery and assault from the old woman on Malikhanpur Road.
At around 4 am, the police received information that a suspected person was standing in an incident on Etah Road. Taking immediate action, the SOG and Shikohabad police laid siege, after which the crooks were killed in the encounter. On the information of the incident, many senior officials including SSP Saurabh Dixit, SP Dehat reached the spot and received information.
