Firozabad news: The MLA son gave a complaint to the police station, accusing a young man walking in front of the house of former Sirsaganj MLA and senior BJP leader of threatening to kill him. The police arrested the accused from 12 noon on Friday from near the house of the former MLA on Station Road. Late in the evening, the police detained him in peace and sent him to the SDM office. It is alleged that at 12 noon on Friday, the police arrested Swami Atul Sikera of AS Luxury Hotel while walking in front of the former MLA’s house on Station Road. After this, late in the evening, he was detained and sent to the SDM office. Where the accused created a ruckus, accusing the former MLA and his son of killing, causing a crowd to gather in the tehsil premises. During this time supporters and family members were also present. After this, around seven o’clock, the accused was sent to jail on 14 days remand.
In this regard, Inspector -in -charge Anuj Kumar Rana says that the accused has been arrested at 12 noon on Friday, abusing and threatening the former MLA’s residence. The accused has been detained and sent to the SDM office. From where he was sent to jail.
Vijay Pratap and Revenue Inspector have also done FIR
The owner of the ASLAGJARI hotel was filed by Vijay Pratap Yadav, son of the former MLA. After this, the revenue inspector of the municipality, Ajit Kumar, had filed a case of cheating against the hotel owner’s wife and mother. On March 7, former District Panchayat member Vijay Pratap Yadav alias Chhotu gave a complaint to the police station. In which the accused Atul Sikera came live on Facebook and said that the administration is taking action against his hotel AS luxury in the pressure of MLA Hariom Yadav and his son Vijay Pratap alias Chhotu.
