Gate Exam Date 2026, This time GATE 2026 will be organized by IIT Guwahati. Now talk about the exam, for this, first of all, candidates should understand the syllabus and exam pattern of GATE well. There are a total of 65 questions in this exam which are of 100 marks. The types of questions include MCQ, MSQ and NAT. This three -hour exam is computer based. During the preparation, candidates should practice old question papers, give mock tests and pay special attention to time management. Mathematics, general qualifications and focus on your subject are necessary.

Following are the process of online registration for GATE exam:-

First of all visit the official website of GATE.
Click on the “Apply Online” or “Goaps Portal” link there.
Register as a new user for which fill the name, email, mobile number and password.
After registration you will get an Enrollment ID which Login and start filling the application form.
Now select personal information, educational qualification, and exam subject.
After this, upload a scanned copy of passport size photo and signature.
Now upload a scan copy of a valid identity card (Aadhaar card, PAN card etc.).
After this, select three examination cities as per priority.
