According to the information received, the team of Noida and Mussoorie police had come to arrest Wanted criminal Kadir living in Nahl village of Mussoorie police station last night. Meanwhile, the villagers started stone pelting and firing on the police team. Constable Saurabh Deshwal, posted in Thana Phase-3 of Gautam Budh Nagar, was injured due to the bullet. The police team reached Yashoda Hospital with Saurabh. Where the soldier was declared dead by doctors. The bullet was hit in Saurabh’s head. Constable Saurabh Deshwal was a resident of Shamli district. After knowing about the incident, Noida Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh immediately reached Ghaziabad and inspected the spot.
