Gonda news: Angered by the lack of recovery of the teenager missing from the district’s irrigation department colony, his family started dharna under the District Panchayat Tinshed. Despite 20 days of the incident, the police have failed to locate the teenager. Family members allege that the police takes negligence in the case, which gave their patience responded.
Family hurt by police inaction in the missing case of teenager
According to the family, the police lodged an FIR after filing a complaint about the disappearance of the teenager, but there was no progress in the investigation. The police, hurt by the inaction of the police, raised their demand through the dharna. Local people along with the family also attended the dharna, demanding safe recovery of the teenager.
The family warned that until the teenager is recovered, they will continue the picket. The case has questioned the functioning of the police administration. Local police say they are making every effort in search of the teenager, but no concrete clues have been found so far.
Youth injured in road accident, CHC sent for treatment
Gonda news: A youth was injured in a road accident on Friday night near village Koncha Kasimpur Petrol Pump on Gonda- Lucknow Highway under Colonelganj Kotwali area in Gonda district of UP. Police reached the information and sent the injured to the hospital for treatment by the ambulance.
According to information received from sources, the injured have been identified as a youth resident of Bahraich district. To make information in this regard, the CUG number in charge was contacted but his phone was out of the network area.
