Haapur News: On Monday, Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Paxo Act) Gyanendra Singh Yadav has convicted an accused in the case of attempting misdeeds with 12 -year -old innocent in Hapur district of UP. The convict is sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment. The judge has punished the convict with a fine of ten thousand rupees.

Special Public Prosecutor Harendra Tyagi said that on the year 2022, a person from police station Simbhali area had given a complaint to the police station. In which the victim had told that in the year 2022 his 12 -year -old son was playing outside the house. During this time, Vishnu of the village was seduced and taken to his house. The accused had misbehaved with him by stripping the son. The accused also cut the son’s body with teeth. On the other hand, he had reached the spot after hearing the noise of the victim’s son, who escaped from the spot threatening the murder. On reaching home, the son had heard the past incident to the family. The victim reached the police station with the son and demanded action by giving Tahrir. A report was registered against the accused in the case and arrested him and sent him to jail. After the arms, the police had filed a charge sheet against the accused in the court.

The judge convicted and sentenced the accused Vishnu. If the penalty is not deposited, the guilty will have to suffer additional imprisonment of two months. All the money of the penalty will be payable to the victim as compensation. The District Legal Authority will also pay an amount of Rs 50,000 as compensation for the victim’s rehabilitation.
