Haapur News: An encounter between police and miscreants took place late on Saturday night in Gadhmukteshwar police station area of Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh, in which the wanted crook was arrested after being shot in the case of Rs 25,000 prize money. The police arrested the injured crook’s brother. He was also declared a reward of 25 thousand. After the encounter, the police have recovered two pistols and two live cartridges, equipment used in Gaukashi from both of them.

Giving information, the police officer said that, Garh police station in -charge Neeraj Kumar had received information. That the wanted crooks are active in the area in a case of cow slaughter. When the police raided the area, the miscreants started firing. In retaliation, the police also fired bullets, in which the prize crook of Rs 25,000 was shot in the leg. After this, the police nabbed him.
The crook was wanted in many serious cases
The arrested crook was on the police radar for a long time. He had many serious cases like Gaukashi, attempt to murder, theft and Gangster Act. The police was looking for him, and a reward of Rs 25,000 was declared on his arrest. The prosecution miscreants have cases registered in various police stations of Moradabad, Rampur, Sambhal, Bulandshahr, Hapur.

After the incident, Superintendent of Police Kunwar Gyananjay Singh congratulated the team and said that similar strict action will continue against the criminals. He said that in interrogation of the arrested miscreants, their names have been described as Anas (injured) and Gulab Nabi, resident village Lalpur, Thana Mainather, District Moradabad and information is also being gathered about their other colleagues. This action of police has increased the trust of people about security in the area. The police is continuously campaigning to tighten the criminals, so that crime can be controlled.
