This has stirred up all the bankers in the district.
CM is monitoring the employment scheme to youth himself
The government has run a scheme to provide employment to the youth. The scheme is being monitored by the Chief Minister himself. Last month, Hapur was in the first place in the state in getting bank loans to young entrepreneurs. Now this ranking has fallen to 20th position. There is pressure on the authorities about this. CDO Himanshu Gautam called a meeting of such bankers whose goal was backward. In this, branch managers of Union, UCO, Indian and Prathama Bank were called. A total of 32 bank managers were present in the meeting, out of which 16 were from Prathama Bank. The CDO asked all these to meet the target of the scheme’s file. Till the target is met, the meeting was asked to sit in recent.
The CDO was in his office in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the manager of Prathama Bank decided to leave the meeting. He said that whatever you have to do, he will not work under pressure. With this, he left the meeting and left. He also requested the managers of other banks to leave the meeting, but did not get up. During this, all the bank manager of Prathama Bank left the meeting and left. As soon as this information was received, there was a stir in Vikas Bhavan. Many officers and employees tried to convince the managers of Prathama Bank, but they did not agree. On this, the CDO informed the DM about the case. Along with this, a letter is being sent to the Mandalayukta, Principal Secretary Revenue Department and the headquarters of Prathama Bank (UP Gramin Bank). At the same time, the behavior of managers is being seen as indiscipline and not cooperating in the plan of governance.
Pressure has to be made every time
CDO Himanshu Gautam says that the administration has to put pressure every time to implement the schemes. In March, just before the Chief Minister’s program, the police was completed by putting police outside the hall. At the same time, many bank manager had to be sent to the police after not reaching the meeting. Now this was the third time when the managers went to sit and complete the work. This incident happened on him.
Lead bank manager Rajiv Gupta says that bank managers are being asked to complete the file after finding the characters. While searching and completing the file is not the work of the bank. Yesterday only two and a quarter of files have come. They have to be investigated before completing them. Files cannot be passed simultaneously. Pressure is being made by the administration. In this sequence, some bank managers left the meeting and left. Prathama Bank’s work is more backward. I am showing this matter.
Bank manager Prathama Bank Vijay Kumar said that banks will run according to the guideline of RBI. The administration wants to make a bank loan arbitrarily by creating pressure, it will not be allowed. Keep us sitting all day yesterday. Today, I sat down again and did not come. We have talked in the union. We will not go to the file. We need the file on the portal.
