Jaunpur News: The Akanksha Haat and Sampurna Abhiyan started inaugurated on Monday at the auditorium at Collectorate in Jaunpur district. This special campaign will run from 28 July to 2 August 2025. The program was inaugurated by Madiahu MLA Dr. R. Of. Patel cut the lace and lit the lamp. Efforts and employees who made outstanding contribution towards development of the district were honored at the ceremony.
Aspirational block Rampur is becoming a model of development
MLA Dr. R. Of. Patel told in his address that Rampur/Machilishahar has been selected under the NITI Aayog’s aspirational development block program. The field of education and health in Rampur block has improved rapidly. He said that construction work of Chief Minister Model School is in progress, which will see a big change in educational quality. As soon as this school starts, private schools will also be difficult to compete.
He informed that two new sub-stations for road construction, electricity supply, and check dams on Basui River are being constructed, which will give direct benefit to the villagers.
Special emphasis given on health, nutrition and employment
The MLA emphasized on the spread of diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure in rural areas, adopting healthy lifestyle and consumption of green vegetables. He emphasized regular ration distribution under ICDs, soil testing by the Department of Agriculture, and promoting organic farming.
Under the financial inclusion of women and youth, they also talked about connecting them with self -employment through self -help groups.
Those who do excellent work were honored
During the ceremony, people who made commendable contribution in education, health and women empowerment were honored:
• Vinod (Education Sector): 50 new children enrolled this year
• Rekha Yadav (Medical Area): 104 successful delivery in a year
• Renu Devi (self -help group): Important role in women empowerment
The MLA also visited the exhibition and stalls organized by the departments and congratulated all the participants. Addressing the program, the MLA said, “Such events not only convey information about government schemes to the people, but also motivate people.” He thanked the district administration and all the participants for successfully organizing this workshop.
