Jhansi: Four people, including a woman, died at different places in Jhansi and surrounding areas. All these incidents have been reported to the police.

• Death due to consumption of toxins: Nathuram, a resident of Bhaunti in Shivpuri, consumed toxins due to some unknown reason, which worsened his condition. He was brought to the Medical College for treatment, where he died.

• Suicide: Saurabh Namdev, a resident of New Basti of Kotwali police station area, committed suicide by hanging himself due to minor dispute. On receiving the information, the police took the body and sent it for postmortem.

• Woman dies during delivery: Sadhana Rajput, who lives in Purkala area of Lalitpur, died during delivery. Family members have alleged that the nurse had taken five thousand rupees in the name of delivery. She then took Sadhana in the car and took him to a health center, where Sadhana was delivered. He was discharged after delivery, but Sadhana died on the way. In this case, the relatives of the deceased have given a written tahrir in Buvivi Chowki. Police say the case is being investigated.

• Death in a road accident: Jaswant Singh, a resident of Datia, was seriously injured in a road accident. He was brought to the Medical College for treatment, where he died. Police reached the information and took the body and sent it for postmortem.
