Landslide in Kerala after Heavy Rains Uprooted Trees and Houses also collapsed

A house fell in the mountainous area due to landslides after continuous rains on Saturday evening at Kottakal, Malappuram. It is a matter of honor that the family survived safely. On the other hand, large trees were uprooted in Sultan Bathri of North Wayanad and Chungam in Southern Kottayam district and traffic was affected for some time. Firefighting personnel cleaned the road after cutting the wood and removed.

On the other hand, a tree in Nileshwaram of Kasargod collapsed and fell on vehicles. Which damaged vehicles. Due to the continuation of heavy rains in Thiruvananthapuram, the authorities have informed the people about their plan to release water from the Neyar Dam. Officials said that the four gates of the dam will be lifted up 20-20 centimeters on Sunday morning. He appealed to the people living on the banks of the river Neyar to take precautions.
