A case related to this was seen at Talkatora police station in Lucknow, midnight of 20 and 21 April, where a BMW car driver was hit by a two -wheeler riding a young man and his elderly mother. The elderly woman died brutally in this collision. After the incident, the BMW car driver who has been absconding for a long time has been arrested by the Talkatora police of Lucknow.

Inspector in charge of Talkatora police station said that the entire incident took place in the midnight of 20 and 21 April. Complainant Akash Lodhi had said that his elder brother Subhash Lodhi and 60 -year -old mother Rajrani were returning from their two -wheelers after joining a procession. He said that an unidentified BMW car driver was negligent near the Police Assistance Center on Rajajipuram Taxi Stand Road and hit his car strongly.
BMW car dragged woman up to 600 meters
It is said that Subhash Lodhi suffered serious injuries in this accident, due to which he fell unconscious. During this accident, his mother Rajrani got stuck in the wheel of the BMW car, after which the driver dragged him for about 600 meters, due to which he died. In this case, a case was filed under Section 281/106/125 A/125 BNS in police station Talkatora. It is said that on the basis of the evidence revealed during the investigation, the case was converted from Section 106 BNS from Section 105 BNS. Meanwhile, on 23 April, the police team recovered the BMW car related to the case.
Accused car driver arrested after examining 500 cameras
It is said that several police teams were formed to arrest the accused since the incident. Around 500 CCTV cameras installed around the spot and other places were examined by the police teams. Meanwhile, along with the help of local and manual input, the vicious accused named Karan Sahu, who carried out the incident, was arrested.
