It is alleged that on Saturday, Journalist Puram Outpost Incharge Manish Mishra sought recovery from a disabled youth who was living in the area in lieu of setting up his life. When he refused to pay the money, the outpost incharge, using the encroachment campaign of the Municipal Corporation, broke his hand in collaboration with the municipal team and loaded it in the car.
