An elderly woman was found sitting on the roadside in the Gomtinagar Extension police station area of Lucknow on Sunday night. As soon as the police got information about the case, Varsha Verma, who conducted a social organization, took the responsibility of an elderly woman and left the woman with the help of an ambulance and left the shelter home. Varsha Verma said that the woman is being given medical treatment. Soon his family will be detected and handed over to the family.
Recently elderly woman released by family, walked from Charbagh and reached Gomtinagar
Varsha Verma, who operated an organization named ‘Ek Treasy Aisi Bhi’ in Lucknow, said that she had received information about the woman on the road in the unconscious condition by the police team of Gomtinagar Extension police station on Sunday night. On reaching the spot, the woman was alone and nervous. Initial investigation revealed that the elderly woman was recently left by her family members to Charbagh, after which she reached Gomtinagar. The woman did not have any necessary documents on the spot that could identify her.
Elderly woman to the shelter home, Varsha said- ‘Mother now my responsibility’
Varsha Verma, who served the poor and the elderly, said that the woman has not been identified on the spot. On the spot, an ambulance has been called and the elderly woman has been sent to the women’s shelter home in Vrindavan. Varsha Verma said that now the responsibility of the elderly mother is for me and my organization. The elderly mother will be fully medical on Monday. Further action will be taken based on the medical report. He informed that his house will be detected on the basis of the thumb of the elderly woman. Only then will it be known when and how the woman reached Charbagh station.
