Meerut News: Timely and quality solutions to public complaints have now become the identity of Meerut Police Range. In the May 2025 evaluation report of the public hearing system (IGRS) of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Meerut Zone has made a new record by securing first place in the entire state for the third consecutive time.
On this glorious achievement, Deputy Inspector General of Police Kalanidhi Naithani said that taking grievances seriously, giving a time -bound solution and confirming the disposal with feedback is the mantra of this success. He informed that all complaint letters received on IGRS, CM Helpline and Jansunwai portal have been disposed of from the legal and human point of view.

Officers should go to the spot and check the complaints, only avoid phone or paperwork.
Before uploading the report, the police station in -charge takes feedback itself.
Keep feedback and complaint register updates in police stations.
Nodal officers review the complaints every 15 days.
In the investigation report, compulsorily enter Lat-Leong of the site.
He said that the quality and quick disposal of complaints not only provides relief to the general public, but also reduces the number of complaints against the police. It has become the most effective medium to increase confidence among the administration and the public.
