UP School Merger Good News: Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department has made it clear that schools will not be forcibly merged or merged. The opposition to the school pairing model is going on very fast to connect schools with Lucknow low enrollment schools. Basic Education Department says that students will get better resources. It has been clarified by the government that the pairing will give students an opportunity for collective discussion. It has also been recommended at the National Conference and the model has been successful in many states and schools will not be closed.

Many teacher organizations and political parties are opposing it very fast regarding the school pairing model of Basic Education Department, on the other hand, the Basic Education Department says that this will give children a better school appointed resource. Due to which students will be able to meet the library, lab, sports ground, smart class in the morning in the university with better teachers.
Government made the situation clear about school merger
Through the government, it is being clarified from the beginning that students got collective discussion and project work from the pairing model which is cultural activities and pair learning. On the basis of departmental officials, a National Chief Secretary Conference was held in Dharamshala in the year 2022 and this education conference was held in Delhi in December 2024. Improvement from school pairing in these states
Talking about states like Rajasthan, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Assam, there has been a lot of improvement in the availability and eligibility of teachers and the questions of students.
After pairing on the basis of Basic Education Department, a campus will be able to study from pre primary to higher classes. Due to which facilities like private schools will also be able to get government schools. It has been made clear here that no school is going to be closed. The post of teachers will be abolished. Rather, schools will be specially identified on the basis of pre -primary primary upper primary.
11000 schools have been paired
So far, a total of 11000 schools in the state have been merged with other major schools around it. In which some schools had 10 students enrollment of less than 50 students in some schools. Its progress report is being taken through continuous video conferencing with basic education officers at the directorate level. Through the department, it has been made clear that no school is going to be paired. If the guardian and local people are not in its favor, then the school is far away, so the schools will be separated from the pairing. The department claims that the distance of schools after the merger will not be more than 1 to 2 kilometers. Schools have not been merged there due to schools being away in areas like Bundelkhand.
