Banda News: Noida STF on Tuesday nabbed two smugglers of inter -state drug gang in Banda. Noida STF, who reached Banda in search of both the smugglers of Rs 50-50 wanted in the Gangster Act, carried out the arrest on the information of the informer. Both the smugglers resident of Ghaziabad have been handed over to the Baberu Kotwali police by the STF.

Chitrakootdham Range DIG Rajesh S had declared a reward of 50-50 thousand on both of them on June 27, 3 days ago after being wanted by Baberu Kotwali in Banda district. Rinku Rathi and Billu alias Veer Singh, residents of Saidpur village under Bhojpur in Ghaziabad district, were wanted in the gangster act as well as a part of the inter -state gang of liquor and drug smuggling. The team of SI Awadh Narayan Chaudhary and Deepak Kumar was engaged in Suragarsi under the supervision of Noida STF’s field unit ASP Rajkumar Mishra. The Noida STF team reached Banda due to Suragarasi.
According to the UP STF, the Noida team was informed about the arrival of both the priorities from the informer at Baberu Kotwali Korram Mor. The STF team reached the place mentioned and arrested Rinku Rathi and Billu Singh. Rinku Rathi has 8 cases registered in Ghaziabad, Jhansi and Banda districts of UP including Delhi, Rajasthan, Bihar and Gujarat. Billu and Veer Singh have 4 cases in Ghaziabad and Banda. Both smugglers have described the STF in detail their criminal journey.
