A big decision has been taken by the Government of Orissa for schooling. Now the children of fifth and eighth grade in the state will have to take the exam at the end of the year and the children who do not pass will be failed. The Orissa Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules has been made a lot of change in 2010 and has been formally implemented on 9 July with this decision.

Fail rules will be applied to students

If the TOI report is accepted, on the basis of the notification issued through the school and public education department, the students who will fail in the annual examination. He will be provided with a special teacher of Remedial Classes within 2 months. After this, the examination will be taken again, if the children do not pass it, then they will be stopped in this room and they will study again in this room.

However, it has been made clear by the government that no student will be removed from the school before completing primary education. That is, if the child is failing, then they will not be done outside the school but they will not be sent to the next class.

New rule added for fail pass

This decision has been taken through the Central Government after the 2019 education law amendment.
