Jaunpur News: Jaunpur An important meeting of all the officers, teachers and employees associated with the PhD entrance examination was held on Saturday in the Vice Chancellor Auditorium of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University. Vice Chancellor Professor Vandana Singh held extensive discussions with all the central heads and supervisors to complete the examination to be held on 15 July.
In the meeting, the information of PhD entrance examination was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Vandana Singh. He said that the entrances participating in the entrance examination reached the examination centers from time to time. He gave instructions for a fair and systematic event of the entrance examination.
Registrar Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh said that the candidates are prohibited to carry bags, electronic clock, mobile, any other digital equipment, water bottle etc. in the examination hall. No candidate should take the admit card, identity card and any other material in the examination hall.
In this regard, necessary guidelines have also been given on the admit card of the candidates. Prof. Giridhar Mishra, coordinator of the entrance examination, said that this information is uploaded on the university website for the convenience of the candidates with the update information. The candidate will get admission 90 minutes before the examination starts at the examination center and he will be able to take his place in the examination class till 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
Admission will not be given on arrival after 30 minutes
If the candidate reaches the examination center 30 minutes after the examination starts in any session, then he will not be allowed to appear in the examination. Any candidate will leave the room only after the examination. In the examination hall, the room inspector is also prohibited to bring mobile and any digital equipment.
He informed that at 08 examination centers of the university campus will be completed in two shifts from 10.30 am to 12.30 am and between 2.00 to 4.00 pm. On this occasion, all the activists, heads of departments, officers and employees were present.
