Bhopal: A major accident was averted on Friday in the Government PM Shri School, located in Barkheda Pathani area of Bhopal (Barkheda Pathani area), when a plaster of roof fell suddenly within the class. A student (student) was seriously injured in the accident. He has suffered a deep injury to his head and has four stitches. It is a matter of honor that the rest of the students and teachers were safe.
This entire incident has been recorded in the CCTV camera installed in the school. It can be clearly seen in the video that the students were studying in the classroom, then suddenly the plaster of the roof fell filled with filled. The plaster fell directly near the bench ahead of the classroom, where some girls were sitting. A student was hit by it, while other students and teachers panicked and retreated.
The education department has come into action after the incident. District Education Officer (DEO) NK Ahirwar said that all schools were already instructed not to run classes in dilapidated buildings. Despite this, the life of children in this school was being threatened and studied. Deo clarified that this school principal is direct negligence and departmental action will be taken against them.
The rainy season has exposed the dilapidated condition of government school buildings. In many places the roofs of old buildings are dripping or in a fall. This case of Barkheda Pathani is also a hallmark of the same problem. If the school building was repaired in time or the classes were shifted to a safe place, then this accident could have been stopped.
