Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav held a high -level meeting with senior officials at the Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav (Chief Minister Narendra Modi) for the preparations for the visit of Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh) (Madhya Pradesh) (Madhya Pradesh). In the meeting, the outline of the proposed programs of the Prime Minister, security, traffic, public relations and other arrangements were discussed in detail. The Chief Minister directed the concerned departments that all arrangements should be completed in time bound, proper and effectively so that the program can be done smooth and successfully.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the Women Empowerment Program and Women’s Conference to be held in Bhopal on 31 May. This program is being organized to commemorate the 300th birth anniversary of Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar ji. Goddess Ahilyabai Holkar’s contribution has been unique not only in the Malwa region but in the whole of India in the religious, social and administrative sector. In their memory, this event is being organized with the aim of empowering women and underlining their role.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that it is a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh that the Prime Minister is visiting the land of the state on this historic occasion. He directed the officials to make this special program organized in the presence of the Prime Minister to be grand and streamlined.
Instructions were also given to strengthen departmental coordination to prepare effective plans for security, seating system, drinking water, transport and other facilities at the venue. Principal Secretary of various departments, Director General of Police, District Collector and Superintendent of Police and other senior officials were present in the meeting.
