But the public confidence, his father -in -law Eknath Khadse’s popularity and his work experience himself defeated Manish Jain of the Nationalist Congress Party by a huge margin of 318608 votes and brought him to the Lok Sabha. She was just 26 years old at that time and joined the youngest women MPs of the 16th Lok Sabha with Heena Gavit. It was a matter of pride not only for him but also for his constituency.

In the 2019 elections, he again won from Raver and satisfied the public with his work. He launched several schemes regarding road construction, irrigation projects, women’s education and self -employment in his area.
