Pratapgarh News: Pratapgarh, 4 July 2025: There was a stir in Pratapgarh when the body of a young man who was missing from the house was found in a crushed state in the bushes. This incident is from Sangipur police station area, where the family members of the deceased started looking at the dead body. Police reached the spot and started investigating the body by taking possession.
According to the information, Raj Verma (18), a resident of Gianipur in Sangipur police station area, left the house with a friend from the village at around 6 pm on Wednesday. Raj has not returned since then. Around 11 pm on Friday afternoon, a woman who had grazed the cattle in the gallop (a type of bush) at Purva of Dakhinhan of Paharpur saw a dead body, which she informed the people.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took out the body from the bushes and started trying to identify it. Meanwhile, the family members of the deceased Raj also reached the spot and on seeing the dead body, they started crying in broad daylight. Family members have alleged that the body has been thrown into the bushes after killing the young man.
The killers carried out the crime after the liquor party
Some objectionable materials have also been found on the occasion, seeing that it is being speculated that the killers also had a liquor party before carrying out the incident. The young man has been murdered and murdered, which reflects the cruelty of the incident.
Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar said that the matter is being investigated deeply and this murder will be revealed soon. The police is investigating various aspects, including the role of Raj’s friend with whom he was last seen.
