Chief Commerce Clerk Ritesh Nigam identified the girl in time and helped her to send her back home. Please tell that when the Chief Commerce Clerk Ritesh Nigam was working on counter number 8 in his shift, a girl came to school uniform for her ticket. She had no money and was trying to travel alone. Chief Commerce Clerk Ritesh Nigam was suspicious, and he called the girl to office, where she shared her story in the presence of women railwaymen.

The Chief Commerce Clerk Ritesh Nigam, showing sympathy to the girl, used the name of the school inscribed on uniforms and found the contact number of that school through the Internet. On talking to the school administration, it became clear that the girl had come to Lucknow from Ayodhya and now she wanted to go back to her house.
Railway Protection Force and Child Line Help
The incident was reported by Deputy Station Superintendent/Commerce Ashok Kumar, working at Lucknow Junction to Maryad Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector of Railway Protection Force. As soon as the information was received, Maryad Singh and his team showed readiness and questioned the girl along with the woman constable Sudha Sharma present on the spot. The girl told that she had accidentally come to Lucknow and now wanted to go back to her home.
The girl was sent to the right child line
All the railway personnel present at the station made a joint effort and sent the girl to the right child line, so that she could be sent back home safely. This incident proves that railway personnel have set an excellent example of humanity and responsibility.
