Chandauli News: A embarrassing incident has come to light in the village of Chakarghatta police station area of Naugarh tehsil of Chandauli district. Describing his agony, a person named Ram Naresh has come to the office today and gave an application, in which he mentioned the imprisonment with his wife and then the inhuman behavior done by the police.
According to the victim Ram Naresh, his wife went to the farm for defecation at around 10 pm on 10 June. Then a domineering young man from the village found him alone and caught him from behind. It is alleged that the young man tied his wife’s mouth with a pot and tried to do wrong things with him. The woman, while showing bravery, somehow removed the pot and made a noise from her mouth, after which the people around started gathering and the accused escaped from the spot.
Hearing not held at Majhgawan post, increased pressure after pleading with SP
The next day, on 11 June, the victim reached the Majhgawan police post of Chakarraghatta police station and informed the outpost in -charge about the entire incident. However, it is alleged that the outpost in -charge did not take any action in the matter, which disappointed the victim and her family.
Not giving up, the victim wrote an application to Superintendent of Police Chandauli on 13 June, pleading for justice. This step passed the outpost in -charge and he allegedly started pressurizing the victim’s family.
Husband called and beaten brutally, invoiced in false charges
The victim Ram Naresh has alleged in the letter that on June 22, the outpost in -charge called him at the outpost and falsely accused him of taking ten thousand rupees in the name of getting a hand pump. The next morning, when Ram Naresh tried to talk about this in the morning, he was asked to come in the afternoon.
On reaching the outpost in the afternoon, the outpost in -charge allegedly pressurized Ram Naresh to accept false allegations and refused him and abused him and brutally beaten him. Ram Naresh was kept illegally at the outpost all night and pressurized to reconcile. In the morning his wife was also called and was forcefully told that he had taken money from Ram King.
His wife had to say the same in fear of fear and safety of children, after which the police challaned Ram Naresh under Section 151. It is alleged that the outpost in -charge also threatened him that if he did not withdraw the case of molestation of his wife, he will be treated even worse.
