Jhansi news: Jaunpur MP and senior Samajwadi Party leader Babu Singh Kushwaha said that “will not allow those who play hate to succeed.” He was addressing the Constitution Mann Pillar Day program held in Jhansi on Saturday, which was celebrated by the party as Reservation Day. The event was held as a public meeting at a marriage house located near the bus stand.

In the program, Babu Singh Kushwaha said that this day is not only a memory of reservation, but it is a resolve to save the soul of the Constitution and strengthen the fight for social justice. He informed that the system of reservation determined by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule was implemented in 1902 by Shrimant Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj of Kolhapur, and today there is a need to pursue the same tradition.

Gives a message to unite against conspiracies

Former MLA Dipnarayan Singh Yadav said that this day gives us a message to save the Constitution and unite against anti -people conspiracies. Former MLA Satish Jataria stressed the PDA (Backward, Dalit, Minorities) on getting the right to appropriate reservation.

The public meeting was chaired by Samajwadi Party District President Brijendra Singh Bhojla, while the operation was conducted by Mirza Karamat Baig and the vote of thanks was expressed by General Secretary Radhe Lal Buddhist.

Hundreds of activists were present on the occasion including former ministers Ajay Sood, Sant Singh Sersa, Sudesh Patel, Metropolitan President Tanveer Alam, Kalicharan Kushwaha, Salim Khanzada, Arvind Vasistha, Sitaram Kushwaha, Deepali Raikwar, Parmanand Kushwaha. Everyone in one voice pledged to protect the constitution and reservation.
